Michael has been in the telecom, IT, and Call Center industry for over 15 years. He started out as an implementation engineer working across North America, and he has become a successful entrepreneur running his own audio-visual company. He holds a Microsoft certificate and is Nice certified, and his work experience earns him the equivalent of a BSc. Michael's willingness to succeed makes him thrive on new challenges. He is fully committed to CCP and its staff and hopes to make a strong contribution to CCP's future success.
