May 2000. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the University
of British Columbia and received his Chartered Accountant designation
at Ernst & Young. John is a proud member of TEC Canada and has
been on the Board of Directors of the BC Call Centre Association.
John is passionate about CCP and its staff. CCP helps Canadian
